We are deeply grateful to Cascade Hearing for going above and beyond in assisting my husband with his hearing aid fitting. His hearing loss was job-related, and as such, a claim was initiated through the appropriate channels. When we received the determination letter, the language was unclear though it stated “approved,” it read more like a denial at first glance, leaving us uncertain and discouraged. After further investigation and reaching out to Cascade Hearing, where he had originally received his hearing test, their team responded with swift and compassionate action. They didn’t just clarify the situation they pursued confirmation on our behalf and ensured we understood every step. Their responsiveness produced quick results, and their follow-up communication was outstanding. Every interaction reflected care, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help. Great experience . Easy to work with . Very helpful and answered all my questions got me set up with no money out of pocket. Im young for needing hearing aids so she was sympathetic to my issues and helped me through the process painlessly and very efficiently . I'd recommend them highly and trust their choices for my hearing needs .
